Sam Bleakley
Sam is a British surfer, travel writer, filmmaker, presenter and longboard contest commentator. He has published five books on surfing and contributed to several multiauthor volumes on the topic. Sam's work often focuses on emerging surf communities and cultural tourism projects in areas that are post-conflict or post-environmental disaster. With an intent to celebrate responsible tourism and surfing’s potential to inspire positive change in both local and global contexts.
Bleakley has produced, presented, directed, co-edited and written numerous surf travel films including the Brilliant Corners surf travel series on emerging surf cultures. He has appeared in action sport DVDs, documentaries and television programmes about surfing and travel.

Amada Williamson
Dr. Amanda Williamson is director of 'The Centre for Bio-Somatic Dance Movement Therapy' and she trains students to work professionally in the field. Somatic Movement Education and Therapy supports people to self-regulate through sensing, feeling, moving, perceiving and reflecting. Connection to Self, others, the environment and the cellular intelligence in the body underpins practice and the field has grown synonymously with deep ecology. She works with a wide range of people experiencing back pain, joint pain, grief, migraines, addiction, stress, anxiety and depression, as well as people with no specific conditions, but feeling isolated, low and disconnected. She is an internationally registered ‘Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist’ and one of the historical figures leading the profession
Amanda publishes extensively, traversing areas such as experiential anatomy and physiology, spirituality, deep ecology and feminist spirituality. She is a Visiting Honorary Professor at ‘The Centre for Dance Research (C-dare)’ and currently supervises PhD students at the University of Gloucestershire and Lesley University in Massachusetts.

Dave Davies
Dave is a skater, surfer, and Sustrans Active travel Officer. He has worked with many schools and colleges and the wider public. Before he worked for Sustrans he was as an education curator and gallery technician at Tate Gallery St Ives for 20 years. He collaborated with artists on projects of national and international significance. Dave brings expert knowledge of environments, pecifically on the many trails and routes across the county of Cornwall.
